G-RIS (Radiology)

Comprehensive health solution that supports and monitors the entire clinical process is part of the G Health Solution platform.  The platform enables easy operation and quality improvement from order management to distribution of medical reports with highlighted key process points. Deep integration with the PACS solution enables Berg RIS to become the main entry and processing point for radiologists. Structured reporting, advanced search, medical reports comparison, teleconsultation and data exchange modules facilitate the daily work of radiologists and other medical personnel.

Medical procedures and services, appointment scheduling and notifications optimize administrative processes and allow healthcare professionals to focus on diagnostics and reporting. Dynamic blocks of medical reports as well as dynamic marker reporting allow radiologists to capture all top quality observations. All data entered into the system can be searched, analyzed and processed using BI panels. RIS supports voice dictation and integration with Speech2Text services.

mRAD mobile app optimizes the entire process through notifications, quick image reviews and communication with modalities.

The mammography solution enables the complete process of mammogram screening diagnostics.

Pathology cockpit for medical reports writing allows doctors to automatically open the pathological image viewer and write reports according to the pathology society guidelines - structured report form.  Complete insight into the patient's medical record and review of all patient's radiological studies saves the doctor’s time and speeds up the clinical results delivery. 

Pathology plays a key role in multidisciplinary team meetings where medical staff of different specialties meet to discuss complex cases before and after treatment. With instant access to digital pathology images, side-by-side with radiology or other images, you can have more effective discussions and more detailed medical report descriptions.

G-Portal (Patient portal)

In order to encourage patients to be actively involved in their own health care, Berg provides a patient portal where medical reports and associated diagnostic images of individual patients,  as well as complete medical records, are available.  

Patient portal also enables the interaction of patients with doctors in the form of notifications about scheduled appointments, automatic delivery of medical reports and filling out statistical and medical questionnaires.   

Patients do not have to visit a health institution to make an appointment for an examination or collect a medical report.

Berg Health Solutions platform supports the work and processes of specialist consulting services through specialized application modules; internal referrals, online appointment scheduling, medical reports and services used records, and individual access to the e-records.

G-Dental (Dental diagnostics)

Dynamic blocks for dentists remember historical patient visits and create a central patient dental record. That improves the access and records for each patient, which facilitates and speeds up the work and optimizes the process of scheduling appointments, communication and records maintenance. This results in a more efficient treatment process.

Appointment calendar

BERG RIS scheduling platform significantly improves workflow efficiency by managing appointments for patients and services. It simplifies the administration of working hours for all resources, including employees and modalities. Users can focus on more important parts of their workflow because the calendar provides full control over meetings. Platform offers the drag-and-drop function, changing or canceling of appointments as well as easy first appointment scheduling. Scheduling module consolidates all relevant data in single location, thus facilitating the appointments management. All the information required for each session is readily available and does not need to be retrieved manually. In other words, BERG RIS layout is convenient and simple for everyday use.

Reports

BERG structured reports provide a comprehensive summary of all patient information, including demographics, history and current status. In addition to the classic essay type and voice dictation reporting, Berg provides functionality for users to create and use forms for different types of medical reports. Structured reporting makes it possible to consolidate reports related to specific diagnostics, diagnosis, body part, procedure, etc. All pieces of structured reporting data are easier to search and provide broader BI reports and statistics.

New findings can be added and written while all patient findings are displayed on one screen, combined with several writing and editing tabs. Medical report is created together with an image block connected to PACS that allows downloading of all the patient imaging. BERG uses the most advanced tools and continues to explore new methods for the most up-to-date technology available. Proof of that is the dictation support and the Speech2Text function based on Microsoft Azure services.

Berg Advanced Search provides an efficient way to perform full-text searches of your report archive using any words or phrases from reports. Searches can be performed on the entire archive, at high speed and with download and export capabilities. Full-text search supports searching old imported report archives.

Berg RIS cockpit

Berg RIS cockpit is the central work area for radiologists. Application consists of a status cycle that defines the current status of the account and provides all necessary patient information, reporting, case information, images and all other related data flows in one location.

Cockpit provides the full capability of automatically forwarding tasks, writing results and transferring images to the doctors' workstations, depending on pre-defined rules. It provides all relevant data and initiates automatic context integration with PACS or any other external browsers or applications.

The system is tightly integrated, providing the users with the ability to customize their worksheets and allowing each user to have their own default worksheets. Users can apply various filters to see only the referrals and receipts important to them. Each worksheet has a unique name and user-selected columns to view, while users can generate multiple worksheets.

Radiology triage

Berg radiology triage workflows greatly increase the efficiency of radiologists by allowing them to order their own worksheets or create separate worksheets with study-specific triage categories. Any examination from the worksheet can be assigned to triage categories in a specific triage process. Triage workflows integrate and support AI-assisted workflows for various use cases. Any AI-assisted triage workflows also synchronize with PACS integration. Triage category is an integral part of personalized worksheets. Clinical radiological triage of all referrals received can be performed using a simple drag and drop function. Triage boards allow users to perform a manual triage process and to use various alternative worksheet processes.

All procedures can be configured with financial aspects including price, points and consumables (materials and accessories). BERG RIS also provides patient insurance. Insurance management provides functions for managing insurance contracts and tracking patients and appointments within Berg RIS. Berg integration hub enables the external integration with insurance companies via API. Record, track and issue invoices to the primary and secondary insurance companies covering your patients' expenses. Berg RIS can be configured to integrate with a national/regional public insurance provider and to provide a master data source for patient demographic and insurance information while creating or updating patient profiles.
